Educational Qualifications

Candidates were required to meet specific educational criteria for each post:

Block Project Manager: Graduate in any discipline. Responsibilities include leading the block-level team, managing staff, and planning/executing project activities.
Livelihood Specialist: PG Degree or PG Diploma in relevant fields such as Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Technology, Horticulture, Rural Management, Management, etc., or a BBA/Graduate degree in relevant fields. Key responsibilities include rolling out livelihood interventions, training community cadres, and producing Village Livelihood Plans.
Area Coordinator: Graduate in any discipline. Responsible for executing specialist functions at the block level, coordinating field activities, and acting as a nodal person for assignments like Micro Planning, Bank Linkages, and Livelihood Promotion.
Accountant (District/Block Level): Graduate degree in Commerce. Responsibilities include maintaining accounts, updating records, and providing secretarial assistance.
Office Assistant (District/Block Level): Graduate degree in any discipline with a mandatory knowledge of Hindi & English typing. Responsibilities include providing secretarial assistance, managing communication, and record-keeping.
Community Coordinator: Fresh graduate (male) and Intermediate (female) in any discipline. The role involves operating at the village level, focusing on SHG formation and nurturing, facilitating micro-plans, and supervising community support cadres.
Block IT Executive: B. Tech (CS/IT), BCA, B.Sc.-IT, or PGDCA from a recognized institution, along with mandatory Hindi & English typing skills. Responsibilities include streamlining digitization processes, managing MIS/ERP/mobile app solutions, and providing IT-related training.
