RPSC RAS 2024 Exam Date – Prelims, Mains and Interview Details!

The prelims exam date for Rajasthan Administrative Services Examination 2024 is announced by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission. Candidates who are going to apply for this exam are hereby notified that the exam will be administered on February 2, 2025, across the country.

RPSC RAS 2024 Exam Date 

The exam date for the RPSC RAS 2024 prelims and mains will be administered on February 2, 2025, and May/June 2025, respectively. Candidates who will pass the first stage of the selection process will be called for second, individuals will be able to check the exam timing and venue by downloading their individual admit card.

Those who are going to register themselves to participate in the RPSC Rajasthan Administrative Services 2024 need to know that on the exam day, a candidate will be required to carry the physical copy of hall ticket and a photo identity card, because both of these documents will be asked to show at the time of entering inside the exam hall.

RPSC RAS 2024 Exam Pattern 

The exam pattern for the Rajasthan Administrative Services 2024 Examination is released by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission, aspirants may check the details about the preliminary, mains and interview from below.

Prelims:

• It is tentatively scheduled to take place on February 2, 2025, a total number of 200 MCQs of each 1 mark will be asked from different sections. To touch all objective questions, a candidate will get the maximum time duration of 3 duration.
• Each question in the Rajasthan Administrative Services 2024 Preliminary exam will be of 1 mark, and incase of incorrect response, ⅓ marks will be deducted. The medium of the exam will be English and Hindi.

Mains: 

• Candidates who pass the preliminary examination for Rajasthan Administrative Services 2024, will be called for Mains, which may take place in May/June 2024 across the state in offline mode.
• There will be four papers in the examination, each paper will have a weightage of 200 marks, the question types will be descriptive. The medium of this exam will also be English and Hindi, like the prelims.

Interview: 

• Those who will pass the second stage of selection process for the Rajasthan Administrative Services 2024 will be called for Interview, aspirants are hereby notified that the Interview may take place by the end of third quarter of 2025.
• It will be administered in face-to-face mode, whose medium will be English or Hindi, as per candidate’s choice, the weightage of the last stage of selection process will be 100 marks.

Candidates may download the notification from the official website to check the syllabus for different stages of the selection process. 

RPSC RAS 2024 Exam Day Guidelines 

Candidates who are going to participate in the Rajasthan Administrative Services 2024 preliminary examination will have to follow all the exam day guidelines available on the admit card. Aspirants may check some important instructions related to the exam from below.

• One has to carry a photo identity card such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card or any other, with your RPSC RAS 2024 admit card for prelims, because without these documents not a single individual will be allowed inside the exam hall.
• It is totally prohibited to carry any electronic device on the RPSC RAS 2024 Examination day, one who is caught with it will be debarred from appearing in the exam.
• Make sure to follow the dress code for the examination, the details regarding it will be made available on the admit card, under the instruction section.
