Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree from a recognized Indian University. Those in their final year (5th year of a 5-year integrated course or 3rd year of a 3-year course) are also eligible. Candidates should also possess:
- Research and analytical skills
- Strong writing abilities
- Proficiency in computer usage, including information retrieval from databases like e-SCR, Manupatra, SCC Online, LexisNexis, and Westlaw.
