TTD Eligibility Criteria 2024
Eligibility criteria for the Lecture and JL in terms of educational qualification and age limit are available below, scroll down to know it.
Educational Qualification:
- Junior Lecturer (JL):
- Second Class Post Graduate Degree (M.A., M.Sc., M.Com, or equivalent) in the relevant subject/language from any recognized University in India. (For Junior Lecturer in Civics, minimum 50% marks in Post Graduate Degree Examination.)
- Lecturer:
- Master’s Degree level in the relevant subject with at least 55% aggregate.
- Should have passed National Eligibility Test (NET) for lecturers conducted by UGC, CSIR, or similar tests accredited by the UGC or SLET conducted by Osmania University or Andhra University. (Ph.D. degree holders are exempt from NET/SLET requirements for Lecturer positions.)
Note: There will be relaxation of 5% (from 55% to 50% marks) for SC/ST & PH category candidates.
Age Limit:
- To apply for Lecturer or JL, an individual’s age must not be below 18 or above 42 years.
Note: There will be upper age relaxation for 5 years for SC, ST, BCs and EWS.
TTD Application Fee 2024
The application fee is Rs. 250/- for processing, and Rs. 120/- for the examination for the post of Lecturer or JL. Certain categories, such as SC/ST/BC/PH & Ex-service Men, and others, are exempt from the examination fee, but they have to pay the application fee.
Note: Candidates will be able to make a fee using a debit card, credit card, NET banking, or any other provided payment method.
