Educational Qualification
- Passed Basic Health Worker (Female) Training Course (including 6 months maternity training) recognized by Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi.
- Mandatory: Registered with Uttarakhand Nurses & Midwives Council, Dehradun (permanent or renewed registration till last date of application).
Age Limit
- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 42 years (as on 01 July 2025)
Age Relaxation (as per Uttarakhand Govt rules):
- SC/ST/OBC (Uttarakhand): 5 years
- Ex-Servicemen: Service period + 3 years (max up to 3 years extra after normal relaxation)
- Freedom Fighter Dependents, Orphan Children, Outstanding Sportspersons, Agitators – as per latest G.O.s
